适用范围与相关产品

本海关联盟（现欧亚经济联盟）技术法规适用于下列小型（休闲）船舶：

    适用于海河船舶的救生艇
    运动艇（含竞赛艇及训练艇）
    冲浪板、浮球及其他水上休闲设备
    带发动机的冲浪板及其他类似带发动机装置
    实验性小型船舶
    气囊船及水翼船

市场准入证书 TR CU 026 2012

在将小型（休闲）船舶投放市场前，制造商/代表应：

    遵守技术法规TR CU 026/2012的基本健康与安全要求
    执行符合性评估程序
    获取符合性证书并确保随附于产品
    确保产品带有EAC标志

实际操作中，任何进入关税同盟市场（销售网点及交付地点）的产品，在完成海关清关后均须随附符合性证书/声明的原件或经认证的副本。

Technical Regulation TR CU 026/2012 on the safety of small size (leisure) vessels adopted in the framework of the Customs Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan (currently Eurasian Economic Union) by the Decree No. 33 of June 15, 2012 of the Commission of the Customs Union came into force on February 01, 2014.
Scope and relevant products

This technical regulation of the Customs Union (currently Eurasian Economic Union) applies to the following small size (leisure) vessels:

    lifeboats destined for sea and river vessels
    sport boats including racing and practice boats
    surfboards, floating balloons and other leisure equipment used in the water
    surfboards with engines and other similar devices with engines
    experimental small size vessels
    airbag vessels and vessels with hydrofoil wings

Market LaunchCertificate TR CU 026 2012

Prior to launching small size (leisure) vessels onto the market, the manufacturer / representative should:

    comply with basic health and safety requirements of the Technical Regulation TR CU 026/2012
    apply procedures for conformity assessment
    obtain a certificate of conformity and make sure that the latter is included in products
    make sure that products bear the EAC mark

In practice, any products coming onto the Customs Union markets (sales outlets and commissioning sites) after customs clearance should include originals / certified copies of certificates/declarations of conformity.
