欧亚经济联盟技术法规TR CU 025/2012《家具安全》：主要定义
《家具安全技术法规TR CU 025/2012》由俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦海关联盟委员会于2012年6月15日第32号法令通过，于2014年2月1日生效。

与欧盟不同，欧亚经济联盟针对家具制定了特殊技术法规，要求进行符合性评估并加贴EAC标志。欧盟通常不强制要求家具产品加贴CE标志。
《关于家具安全性的技术法规TR CU 025/2012》规定了家具产品及其使用要求，旨在保护生命、健康、财产和环境。此外，该标志制度还旨在防止消费者因误用产品或受误导性广告影响而遭受损害。
根据TR CU 025/2012规定，家具制造必须满足以下安全要求：
    机械安全性
    化学安全性
    卫生安全性
    防火安全性
    电气安全性

符合《关于家具安全的TR CU 025/2012技术法规》要求，是成功进入俄罗斯及欧亚市场的必要前提。

2016年3月1日起，技术法规TR CU 025/2012取代了家具安全领域原有的国家技术法规标准（如GOST或俄罗斯TR标准）。适用范围及相关产品
TR CU 025/2012规定了用于私人及公共场所的家具单品和成套家具的要求，包括按个人订单生产的家具。
受TR CU 025/2012约束的产品详细清单见本法规附件1。
以下产品不适用TR CU 025/2012要求：
    医疗家具，包括手术台、带机械装置的病床、牙科手术椅扶手椅等
    用于航空、地面及地下运输工具的家具
    古董家具
    二手及翻新家具
    用于展览和营销的家具样品

市场准入证书 TR CU 025 2012
家具产品进入关税同盟市场前，制造商/代表应：
    遵守技术法规TR CU 025/2012规定的基本健康与安全要求
    执行符合性评估程序
    获取符合性文件，并确保该文件随附于产品
    确保产品带有EAC标志
实际操作中，任何经清关后进入关税同盟市场（销售网点及安装现场）的产品，均须随附符合性证书原件/经认证的副本。

Technical Regulation TR CU 025/2012 on safety of furniture adopted in the framework of the Customs Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan by the Decree No. 32 of June 15, 2012 of the Commission of the Customs Union came into force on February 01, 2014.
Scope and relevant products
In contrast to the European Union, where the furniture is generally not subject to compulsory CE marking, there is a special Technical Regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union, which requires conformity assessment and EAC marking.
The Technical Regulation TR CU 025/2012 On safety of furniture sets the requirements for furniture products and their use in order to protect life, health, property and the environment. Furthermore, marking is intended to protect consumers against misuse and misleading advertising.
According to TR CU 025/2012, the furniture should be manufactured in such a way that it meets the requirements of furniture safety. These include:
    mechanical safety
    chemical safety
    hygienic safety
    fire safety
    electrical safety

The compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation TR CU 025/2012 On safety of furniture is the prerequisite for successful access to the Russian and Eurasian market.

On March 1, 2016, the Technical Regulation TR CU 025/2012 replaced the national standards of technical regulation in the field of furniture safety such as GOST or Russian TR.TR CU 025/2012 establishes requirements for furniture items and sets used in private and public facilities, including furniture produced on individual orders.
A detailed list of products subject to TR CU 025/2012 is indicated in Annex No. 1 of this regulation.
The requirements of TR CU 025/2012 do not apply to the following products:
    medical furniture, including operating tables, hospital beds with mechanical appliances, armchairs for dental operation chairs, etc.
    furniture destined for use on air, ground and underground transport
    antique furniture
    used and renovated furniture
    furniture samples destined for exhibitions and marketing

Market LaunchCertificate TR CU 025 2012

Prior to launching pieces of furniture onto the Customs Union market, the manufacturer / representative should:

    comply with the basic health and safety requirements mentioned in the Technical Regulation TR CU 025/2012
    apply procedures for conformity assessment
    obtain conformity documents, as well as make sure that the latter is included in products
    make sure that products bear the EAC mark 

In practice, any products coming onto the Customs Union markets (sales outlets and commissioning sites) after customs clearance should include originals / certified copies of certificates of conformity.
