TR CU 016/2011等同于欧盟《燃气器具指令》2009/142/EC。
TR CU 016/2011适用范围
    用于食品制备、供暖及热水供应的设备，包括组合式机械的组成部件
    条文中按数字编号的整体式燃烧发动机及搭载整体式燃烧发动机的燃气设备
    独立流通且在条文中列明的设备安装用机械，如控制单元、控制器及安全装置

根据TR CU 016/2011规定，以下设备无需进行符合性评估：

技术法规TR CU 016/2011适用于非工业用燃气设备。
TR CU 016/2011规则不适用于下列设备：

    压力不超过0.07MPa的蒸汽锅炉及温度不超过115°C的锅炉
    工业流程及工业厂房专用设备（TR 016/2011附件1所列燃气设备除外）
    以燃气为发动机燃料的设备

The Technical Regulation of the customs union TR CU 016/2011 On safety of appliances burning gaseous fuels sets mandatory safety requirements that apply to gas-powered devices for the protection of the life and health of humans and animals, the environment and property. It also serves to prevent misleading actions against the consumer, as well as to ensure energy efficiency and resource conservation.
The TR CU 016/2011 is intended to ensure the uniform application and enforcement of the requirements for gas-powered appliances in the territory of the customs union, as well as the free movement of goods.

Adopted on December 9, 2011
Came into force on February 15, 2013

The gas-powered equipment may be placed on the market of Russia and the EAEU only if it complies with the requirements of this and other EAEU technical regulations, if applicable.

TR CU 016/2011 is equivalent to the EC Directive 2009/142/EC On gas appliances.
Application area of TR CU 016/2011

TR CU 016/2011 applies to:

    equipment intended for food preparation, heating and hot water supply including equipment that is a component of combined machinery
    block-type combustion engines and gas-powered equipment with block-type combustion engines, which are numbered numerically in the regulations
    machinery intended for equipment installation, which is in circulation independently of the latter and are listed in the regulations such as control units, controllers and safety devices

According to TR CU 016/2011 no conformity assessment is needed for:

The Technical Regulation TR CU 016/2011 applies to non-industrial gas-powered devices.
The rules of TR CU 016/2011 does not apply to following devices:

    steam boilers with pressure up to 0,07 MPa and boilers with temperatures up to 115 °С
    equipment intended for use in industrial processes and industrial plants, with the exception of gas-operated equipment, listed in Annex 1 to TR 016/2011
    equipment using gas as engine fuel
