Labeling of cosmetic products according to the Technical Regulations

在获得合法销售的香水和化妆品CU-TR符合性声明后，必须遵守技术法规对其标签的要求。

After obtaining an authorization document for perfume and cosmetic products for legal sale it is necessary to comply with the requirements of technical regulations for its labeling.

根据技术规定，EAC 标志和其他强制性信息必须贴在产品标签上。标签上必须注明的信息包括：

According to the technical regulations, the EAC mark and other mandatory information shall be applied to the label of goods. The list of information that must be indicated on the label includes:

产品名称； 

name of the product; 

香水和化妆品的用途（如果与产品名称不符）； 

the purpose of perfume and cosmetic products, if it does not follow from the name of the product; 

化妆品供儿童使用的信息（如果是这样的话）； 

information that the cosmetics are intended for children (if this is the case); 

制造商名称及其注册办事处（包括国家）； 

the name of the manufacturer and its registered office (including country); 

原产国（如果产品的生产国与制造商的法定地址不一致）； 

country of origin (if the country where the production of the product is located does not coincide with the legal address of the manufacturer); 

制造商授权接受消费者索赔的组织的名称和注册办事处

name and legal address of the organization authorized by the manufacturer to accept claims

如果制造商本人不在 CU 成员国领土上接受消费者的索赔； 

from the consumer, if the manufacturer does not accept claims himself on the territory of the CU member state; 

消费者包装中产品的标称数量（体积和（或）质量和（或）件数）； 

nominal quantity of products in consumer packaging (volume, and (or) mass, and (or) pieces); 

颜色和/或色调（用于装饰性化妆品和着色剂）； 

color and/or tone (for decorative cosmetics and coloring agents); 

含氟化合物的口腔卫生产品的氟化物质量分数（以氟化物摩尔质量表示）（%，或毫克/千克，或 ppm）； 

mass fraction of fluoride in terms of molar mass of fluoride (%, or mg/kg, or ppm) for oral hygiene products containing fluorine compounds; 

特别注意事项；

special precautions;

 保质期和储存条件； 

 shelf life and storage conditions; 

用于识别产品批次的批号或特殊代码； 

batch number or special code to identify the batch of product; 

如何使用产品的信息，缺少这些信息可能会导致误用；成分清单；

information on how to use the product, the absence of which may lead to misuse; list of ingredients;

产品成分--检查是否含有违禁物质、着色剂、防腐剂、紫外线过滤剂和其他未列入欧亚联盟允许使用的成分清单的成分；

Product composition - the absence of prohibited substances, as well as colorants, preservatives, UV filters and other components that are not included in the list of acceptable for use in the EAEU is checked;

销售无标签或标签错误的产品将承担行政责任！

Sale of unlabeled or incorrectly labeled products entails administrative responsibility!
