俄罗斯联强制性GOST合格证书管制产品适用根据俄罗斯第2425号法令的统一清单，对于不在欧洲经济联盟（CU）现行技术法规范围内的产品颁发俄罗斯GOST-R合格证书。

WHICH HOW THE PP 2425 CERTIFICATE IS APPLICABLEThe certificate of conformity according to the list of Ordinance No. 2425 is issued for products that are not covered by the current technical regulations of the EAEU (CU).

About the certificate

俄罗斯联邦政府法令2021年12月23日№2425 "关于批准强制GOST认证的产品的统一清单，以及GOST符合性声明的产品的统一清单，对俄罗斯联邦政府2020年12月31日№2467的修正案，并从30.12.2021起废除俄罗斯联邦政府的某些法案，废除了2009年12月1日№982的政府法令以及需要GOST认证和GOST符合性声明的产品清单。

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2021 № 2425 "On approval of the single list of products subject to mandatory certification, and a single list of products subject to declaration of conformity, amendments to the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 № 2467 and repealing certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation from 30.12.2021 repealed the Government Decree of December 1, 2009 № 982 and the list of products subject to certification and declaration of conformity.

根据第2425号法令的清单颁发此类GOST合格证的权利可以授予在俄罗斯联邦国家GOST认证体系中按既定认可的认证机构。此类机构的名单可以在俄罗斯联邦认证机构的网站上找到。

The right to issue such certificates of conformity under the list of Decree No. 2425 can be granted to certification bodies accredited in the established order in the national accreditation system of the Russian Federation. The list of such bodies can be found on the website of the Russian Federal Accreditation Agency.

2021年7月24日俄罗斯联邦政府第1265号法令和认证机构的质量管理体系规定了根据第2425号决议颁发合格证书的产品清单和规则程序。

The rules and procedure for issuing of certificates of conformity under the list of Resolution No. 2425 are defined by Decree No. 1265 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 24, 2021 and the quality management system of the certification body.

颁发的GOST合格证书的信息必然会被录入俄罗斯联邦认证局的注册登记系统监管（更多信息--https://pub.fsa.gov.ru/rss/certificate）。

Information on the issued certificates of conformity is necessarily entered in the Register of the Federal Accreditation Service (for more information - https://pub.fsa.gov.ru/rss/certificate).
