市场准入证书 TR CU 029 2012

在将食品添加剂、调味剂和加工助剂投放至关税同盟市场前，制造商/代表应：

    遵守技术法规TR CU 029/2012中规定的基本健康与安全要求
    执行符合性评估程序
    获取符合性文件：符合性证书或车辆/底盘型号登记证明，并确保后者随附于产品
    确保产品加贴EAC标志

实际操作中，任何经清关进入关税同盟市场（销售网点及投产现场）的产品均须随附符合性证书原件/经认证的副本

Technical Regulation TR CU 029/2012 on safety requirements for food additives, flavouring agents and processing supplements adopted in the framework of the Customs Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan by the Decree No. 58 of July 20, 2012 of the Commission of the Customs Union came into force on July 01, 2013.
Scope and relevant products

TR CU 029/2012 establishes requirements for:

    food additives, complex food additives
    flavouring agents
    technological supplements
    food products which contain food additives, flavouring agents, etc.
    production (manufacturing), storage, transportation, implementation and disposal procedures for food additives, flavouring agents and processing supplements

Market LaunchCertificate TR CU 029 2012

Prior to launching food additives, flavouring agents and processing supplements onto the Customs Union market, the manufacturer / representative should:

    comply with the basic health and safety requirements mentioned in the Technical Regulation TR CU 029/2012
    apply procedures for conformity assessment
    obtain conformity documents: certificate of conformity or register the type of vehicle or chassis, as well as make sure that the latter is included in products
    make sure that products bear the EAC mark 

In practice, any products coming onto the Customs Union markets (sales outlets and commissioning sites) after customs clearance should include originals / certified copies of certificates of conformity
