技术法规TR CU 020/2011 关于技术设备电磁兼容性：主要定义
根据俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦海关联盟委员会2011年12月9日第879号法令，关于技术设备电磁兼容性的海关联盟技术法规TR CU 020/2011于2012年2月15日重新生效。
适用范围及相关产品
需进行符合性认证的设备包括：
1. 用于以下用途的电器及设备：
    食品制备、储存及烹饪；
    内衣、服装及鞋类处理（清洗、熨烫、干洗）；
    清洁；
    卫生；
    室内气候调节；
    头发、指甲及皮肤护理；
    身体加热；
    振动器；
    体育器材；
    音视频设备、电视及收音机接收器；
    电源适配器、电池充电器、电压调节器；
    电动泵；
    照明设备；
    电子断路器；
    电焊设备。
2. 个人计算机。
3. 计算机相关技术设备：
    打印机
    显示器；
    扫描仪；
    不间断电源；
    多媒体投影仪。

4. 电气化仪器（固定式和便携式电源）。
5. 电子乐器
市场准入证书TR CU 020 2011
在将产品/设备投放市场前，制造商/代表应：
    符合基本健康与安全要求（技术法规TR CU 020/2011）
    执行符合性评估程序
    获取符合性声明证书并确保随附于产品
    确保产品带有EAC标志
实际操作中，任何进入关税同盟市场（销售网点及投运现场）的产品，在完成海关清关后均须随附符合性证书/声明的原件或经认证的副本。

Technical Regulations TR CU 020/2011 on the electromagnetic compatibility of technical devices: main definitions

Technical Regulations TR CU 020/2011 on the electromagnetic compatibility of technical devices in the framework of the Customs Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan by Decree No. 879 of 09/12/2011 of the Commission of the Customs Union returned in force on 15th February 2012.
Scope and relevant products 
Equipment subject to the Certification of Conformity are as follows:

1. Appliances and appliances for:

    The preparation and storage of food and cooking;
    Processing (cleaning, ironing, dry cleaning) lingerie, clothing and footwear;
    Cleaning;
    Hygiene;
    Maintaining of the climate inside;
    Hair, nail and skin care,;
    Heating the body;
    Vibrators;
    Sports equipment;
    The audio and video devices, the receiver of television and radio;
    Power supplies, battery chargers, voltage regulators;
    Electric pumps;
    Lighting equipment;
    The electronic circuit breakers;
    The electrical welding equipment.

2. Personal computers.

3. Technical devices related to computers:

    Printers
    Monitors;
    Scanners;
    Uninterruptible power supply;
    Multimedia Projectors.

4. Electrified instrument (stationary and portable power).

5. Electric musical instruments
Market LaunchCertificate TR CU 020 2011

Prior to launching products/equipment onto the market, the manufacturer / representative should:

    comply with basic health and safety requirements (Technical Regulations TR CU 020/2011)
    apply procedures for evaluation of conformity
    obtain the  certificate: declaration  of conformity and make sure that the latter is included in products
    make sure that products bear the EAC mark 

In practice, any products coming onto the Customs Union markets (sales outlets and commissioning sites) after customs clearance should include originals / certified copies of certificates/declarations of conformity.
