EAC Mark and Logo  
Definition  
The EAC mark, also known as the EAC logo, is a mandatory certification mark that indicates a product has been confirmed to comply with the technical regulations of the Customs Union (CUTR) or the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Products that meet these requirements are authorised to bear the EAC mark. It signifies that the product complies with all technical regulations of the Eurasian Customs Union, meaning that products bearing the EAC mark meet all relevant customs technical regulations and have passed all conformity assessment procedures. The mark was officially introduced in August 2013.

Usage Requirements  
Size: The EAC mark must not be smaller than 5mm. The size of the individual unified circulation mark is determined by the manufacturer, authorised party, or importer, but must ensure that its elements are clearly distinguishable against the colour background.  
Production and Application: The EAC mark is produced by the product manufacturer or supplier and must be applied before the goods enter circulation. In certain cases, the EAC mark may be produced by the consignee of the goods, but this is a complex procedure that requires the involvement of customs clearance experts. The mark must be affixed by the producer (seller) to certified products in accordance with the EAC mark usage licence issued by the certification body, and applied to the product and/or packaging accompanied by technical documentation, such as the product's nameplate, inner packaging, outer packaging, instruction manual, and other technical documents.
Colour and contrast: The EAC mark must be monochromatic and must contrast with the colour of the packaging or paper to which it is applied.

CUTR Certification Types
CUTR certification is equivalent to EAC certification, and its conformity assessment is divided into two types: certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity. The specific modes are as follows:

Requirements  
Testing and Audit: Sample testing and factory audits must be conducted, with annual audits required.  
Certification Body: For example, Shanghai Jinghe Industrial Equipment Testing Co., Ltd. (under certain conditions, actual sample testing and factory audits may not be required, allowing for rapid issuance of the EAC Certificate of Conformity) 1.

Requirements  
1D model: Assessment can be conducted based on the test reports provided by the company, without the need for sample testing. If other models are adopted, sample testing is required.  
Factory audit: Only required for the first certification application under the 6D model; no annual supervisory audit is required。
