Russia - The GOST Certificate Of Conformity-Voluntary GOST certificate
The GOST Certificate of conformity - the document which has been given out by rules of system of certification for acknowledgement of conformity of certificated production to established requirements, operating standards and rules (GOST, GOST R, GOST R ISO, etc.). Presence of the certificate helps buyers with a competent choice of production and is the certain guarantee of its high quality.
Russia - The GOST Certificate Of Conformity
The GOST Certificate of conformity - the document which has been given out by rules of system of certification for acknowledgement of conformity of certificated production to established requirements, operating standards and rules (GOST, GOST R, GOST R ISO, etc.). Presence of the certificate helps buyers with a competent choice of production and is the certain guarantee of its high quality.
The organization which has received the GOST Certificate of accreditation of body on certification which has the validity can give out certificates of conformity only and is signed by the head of Federal agency on technical regulation and metrology. The certificate of body on certification stands out on the number form protected from a fake, and contains the name of the legal person and its address. Work on certification is spent according to area of accreditation which is the appendix to the certificate.
There are some basic schemes of GOST certification:
Schemes №3, 3а:: "serial production" or " on the manufacturer " (stands out for from 1 till 3 years depending on production, results of tests, a condition of manufacture and other factors)
Schemes №2, 7: "on the contract " (№2) - are stipulated for production imported by parties during the certain period, 1-2 years or for the quantity certain by the contract (contract), " on a party " (№7) are usual
The scheme №9 - the simplified scheme for individual product samples or small parties. In this case the certificate stands out on the basis of the declaration on conformity with the documents applied by it confirming conformity of production to established requirements (it can be test reports, the certificate on system of quality on ISO 9001). Tests in this case are not spent.

GOST certification of production of the foreign manufacturer (In this case you represent interests of the foreign manufacturer in the Russian market) 1.The list of production which is let out by the enterprise with the instruction of models (catalogues, advertising brochures and so forth);
2.The description on production and parameters of typical representatives (necessarily appearance, a photo);
3.The passport (maintenance instruction) with characteristics.
4.In some cases the label with the marks, accompanying a product (for cosmetics, etc.) is required;
5.GOST Certificates of the manufacturer (ISO);
6.The power of attorney from firm-manufacturer with the original of a press;
7.Full requisites of the applicant with instruction name and surname of director;
8.The full address of the manufacturer;
9.The sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion;
10.Earlier the received documents: reports, certificates;
11.The document, confirming the status of the legal person of the applicant.

GOST certification of production of the domestic manufacturer 1.Authorized documents (the charter, the certificate on registration of the legal person, the certificate on statement on the account in tax inspection);
2.The contract of rent of floor spaces or the document confirming the property right;
3.The registered technical conditions (TC);
4.The passport with characteristics (maintenance instruction);
5.Production schedules or other documents in which the "know-how" of production is registered;
6.The list of made production (catalogues, brochures, etc.);
7.The list of the equipment;
8.The plan of shop with the description of a condition of manufacture;
9.The sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion;
10.Sanction SEC to manufacture;
11.Certificates, the hygienic conclusions on raw material, materials and accessories;
12.Documents: reports, certificates.
Voluntary GOST certificate
At reception of the voluntary certificate it is necessary to give the same documents, as for obligatory certification. Difference consists that you will define, on what parameters to test production.
If there is no necessity for reception of the voluntary certificate, in that case it is possible to issue refusal the letter for trade or for customs.
