	TR CU 006/2011 On safety of fireworks contains binding safety requirements which apply to the use and consumption of pyrotechnic products in the EAEU. In addition it outlines specifications for their production, transport, distribution, use, disposal and identification for the protection of life, health and property. Furthermore, it serves both to protect the consumer against misleading information and to ensure the free movement of goods.	
	
	
		
			
	
	
The Technical Regulation of the customs union TR CU 006/2011 On safety of fireworks contains binding safety requirements which apply to the use and consumption of pyrotechnic products in the EAEU. In addition it outlines specifications for their production, transport, distribution, use, disposal and identification for the protection of life, health and property. Furthermore, it serves both to protect the consumer against misleading information and to ensure the free movement of goods. 
 
The Technical Regulation TR CU 006/2011 is intended to ensure the uniform application and enforcement of the requirements for the safety of pyrotechnic products in the customs union.

Came into force on February 15, 2013 
	Conformity assessment process 
	The conformity assessment with the requirements of the technical regulation TR CU 006/2011 On safety of fireworks is mandatory and occurs in the following forms:

		EAC Declaration 
	
 
	- 
		EAC Certification 
	
 
	EAC marking 
	The products that have been confirmed to conform with the requirements of TR CU 006/2011 are marked with the EAC sign of the customs union. Placing a product on the market without corresponding marking can be punished with a fine or confiscation. 
	Period of validity of the EAC certificate 
	The certificate is valid until the product expires. A declaration is valid for 3 years.
