According to the technical regulations of the Customs Union No. 010/2011 "On the safety of equipment and machinery", all equipment and machinery used in production, as well as in household work, must pass the certification procedure, otherwise they will not be allowed to be sold and transported in the area of the CU legislation. The Regulation defines the lists of equipment that must have a certificate or declaration of conformity.

    snowmobiles, swamp walkers and trailers for them;
    garage equipment;

    equipment for poultry, animal husbandry and feed production;
    electric mechanized tools;
    technological devices for harvesting and timber rafting;
    technical equipment for food halls, catering and retail premises;
    equipment for mining (combines, supports, pneumatic equipment);
    mining machines;
    mine transport and shaft equipment;
    drilling tools, perforators, pneumatic hammers;
    lifting equipment, including cranes;
    fans, scrubbers, compressors.
