TP TC  018的“关于轮式车辆的安全性”修订
2016年8月16日，根据欧洲经委会第56号“海关联盟技术规则修正案”关于轮式车辆安全的正式决定，“技术规则”进行了两处修改。


这些变化与残疾人的交通运输直接相关。对第15.1项进行了第一次修改，并规定了装备车辆（在EAEC领土内生产并供残疾人使用）的过程，其中包括防抱死制动系统和适应的控制装置。


对第10.1项进行了第二次修改，并确定了执行第15.2-15.7项的所有要求。此外，该修改允许重新设备未配备防抱死制动系统的车辆。


Changes in TR TS 018 "On the safety of wheeled vehicles"
On August 16, 2016, in accordance with the official decision of the Council of ECE No. 56 "On Amendments to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union" On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles ", two changes were made in the Technical Regulations.

These changes are directly related to the operation of transport by people with disabilities. The first change was made to subparagraph 15.1 and provides for the process of equipping vehicles (produced in the territory of the EAEC and intended for persons with disabilities) with an anti-lock braking system and adapted controls.

The second change was made to subparagraph 10.1 and set all the requirements for the implementation of subparagraphs 15.2-15.7. In addition, the modification allows for the re-equipment of the vehicles that are not equipped with an anti-lock braking system.
