The manufacturer (manufacurer's authorized representative) shall submit to Certification Body a package of documentation on low-voltage equipment confirming compliance with the safety requirements of this Technical Regulation, that includes:

• application for certification;
• a copy of the agreement on assignation of powers between the manufacturer and manufacturer's authorized representative;
• copies of representative’s constitutive documents (Certificate of registration, extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Persons (ЕГРЮЛ in Russian) and the Main State Registration Number (ОГРН in Russian);
• technical specifications (electrical diagrams, drawings of clearances and creepage distances) (if any);
• o operational documents;
• List of standards (from the List of standards specified in paragraph 1 of Article 6 of this TR CU), the requirements of which must be met by this low-voltage equipment;
• Contract (supply contract) or shipping documents (for a batch of low-voltage equipment or unit equipment) (Scheme 3с, 4с).

The main typical certification schemes are the following: Scheme 1с series-produced low-voltage equipment, certification of a batch of low-voltage equipment is carried out according to scheme 3с, certification of a unit equipment is carried out according to scheme 4с.

Tests of the sample products are carried out in accredited testing laboratory

Low-voltage equipment not mentioned in the annex to TR CU 004/2011 is subject to assessment of conformity in the form of a declaration of conformity (schemes 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d, 6d), depending on teir own or accredited laboratory proof data, number of products: a batch (a unit product) of products or series-produced equipment.
