海关联盟技术法规“气体燃料设备的安全性”（TR CU 016/2011）

前言

1.本技术法规是2010年11月18日由白俄罗斯共和国，哈萨克斯坦共和国和俄罗斯联邦根据海关联盟共同原则和技术法规的协定制定的。

2.本技术法规规定了海关联盟共同关税区域，对实施和执行气体燃料设备的认证要求是强制性的。

（以下 - 使用气体的设备简称燃气具EAC认证）以确保使用燃气的设备在海关联盟关税区内自由流动。

第1条适用范围

1.本技术法规适用于在海关联盟共同关税区内流通的燃气设备。

2.该技术规定规定的燃气设备是指：

a）用于烹饪，加热、热水系统的设备，包括组合设备结构中的设备，

b）使用本段“a”中规定的块状自动燃烧器堵塞自动燃烧器和燃气使用设备

c）设备与设备集成并与上述“a”和“b”段所述设备分开流通的设备，包括控制，管制和安全装置。

3.这些技术法规的要求是针对使用气体的设备，附件1中提供的清单。

4.本技术法规不适用于以下类型的气体使用设备：

a）蒸汽压力超过0.07 MPa的蒸汽锅炉和温度超过115°C的热水锅炉，

b）在工业厂房使用的，为工业加工过程特殊设计的燃具不包括在第1段中所定义的范围。

c）使用气体作燃料的为燃气动机设备。

5.使用气体设备的基本特征是：

a）用气设备的名称，型号（型号）和任命，

b）所用气体的类型和公称压力，

c）额定输出，

d）电流的电压和频率（用于连接到电源的气体使用设备）。

6.使用本技术法规第1条第5款所述的理由，通过与使用气体的特性进行比较，确定使用气体的设备、铭牌包装上标明的设备，标签和文件。

7.本技术法规规定了用于保护生命和（或）人类健康，财产，环境，生命和（或）动植物健康的气体使用设备的要求，防止行为误导消费者（用户）的任命和安全，以确保能源效率和资源节约。
